RLSS (I) has trained a large number of India's Beach Lifeguards in locations such as Mumbai, Goa, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Orissa and Kolkatta. RLSS (I) trained Beach Lifeguards operate under the banner of Surf Life Saving IndiaTM and patrol beaches at Mumbai, Mangalore, Vishakhapatnam, Chennai, Puri (Orissa) and Digha (West Bengal). RLSS (I) shares a strategic partnership with Surf Life Saving Australia, the biggest volunteer rescue organisation in the world which promotes Indo - Aussie knowledge exchange and allows both organisations to develop new training methods and better drowning prevention techniques. In December 2011, RLSS (I) was adjudged as the training provider of choice for the Mumbai Fire Brigade Lifeguard and was commissioned to conduct their training in beach lifeguarding, use of powercraft and advanced resuscitation techniques such use of oxygen and AED. Hotels, beach resorts and other land owners also avail similar training solutions to ensure that 'their' beaches are safe and guarded.
