Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is the single most useful resuscitation method for an unconscious victim. When a person’s breathing has stopped, a First-aider has only 3-4 minutes to revive the victim as thereafter the brain cells would start to die, resulting in permanent damage and even death. To restore  breathing before any medical help is available start CPR.

Expired Air Resuscitation (EAR) + External Chest Compression = CPR

  • Course Duration – 3 Hours
  • Minimum Age – 10 years
  • Prerequisites – Nil
