Captain Tribhuwan Jaiswal, an alumnus of the prestigious National Defense Academy, was commissioned in the Indian Navy in July 1986. In his 34 year plus career he has had extensive experience in Maritime Operations, Leadership, Management, Administration, Training and Mentoring
Captain Jaiswal worked as Director Training with the Yachting Association of India, the National Federation for sailing and Power Boating. He was instrumental in conceptualizing, creation, and implementation of the “National Sailing Training Schemes” pan India.
He has been an Adviser to various State Government Authorities as well as Private Organisations on the issues of Water Sports Policy, Survey and Development of Water Sports Venues, Safety Standards and Training.
Captain Jaiswal is an Expert on Water Sports and specializes in Development of Water Sports Centers, Safety Standards and Operating Procedures for Recreational and Adventure Water Sports.
