Rashtriya Life Saving Society(India) provides long-term scholarships to young boys and girls from urban areas to learn lifesaving skills, swimming, and facility management so that they can have a sustainable livelihood. These youths are provided job opportunities as lifeguards at various RLSS(I) facilities. Along with these skills, they are also trained on soft-skills and grooming for better employability.
